Jewel Balti Cuisine

I have been getting takeout from this restaurant for the past three years and have always been satisfied with their food. However, my recent experience was disappointing. When I received my meal, it was lukewarm and I was given the wrong starter. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they offered to give me the missing starter for free with my next order instead of providing a refund. I am hesitant to return to this restaurant in the future.

We used to use this restaurant a lot before lockdown, we went after it re-opened after a refub, the food was nowhere near as good as it used to be but the owner has decided to make it alcohol free and that to me is not acceptable he is forcing his beliefs on customers I like many people I know wont go there now. Big mistake, provide customers with what they want is my advice.

We came here for a family meal in the build up to Christmas and we had an amazing time with brilliant service! Could not have asked for better with brilliant and friendly staff and lovely food that was brought to the table with smiles and the food was also piping hot. Would highly recommend here. Was incredible

Just had another lovely meal at jewel balti, since the refurbishment the food is still spot on and now they have a new grill/steak menu... Will definitely try that out next time. The new decor is warming and welcoming. The food arrived quickly considering they had many deliveries so we were very pleased.

Came on a Tuesday night, with a few other guests present. The service was wonderful and extremely attentive. Food was flavoursome and presented well. Place was organised well and gave a nice vibe to us. Would come again!
