I had a fantastic experience thanks to the wonderful ladies in the dress department, as well as those in the shoes and handbags section. I went to buy a dress, shoes, and a clutch bag for my partner to wear to a family wedding, and I couldn't be happier. The staff were incredibly helpful, and now I'm a very satisfied customer. I made the right choice in going to John Lewis; they truly have everything you need in one store, all with great quality and reasonable prices. Well done to everyone!

I wanted to share how impressed we were with Dee, the gentleman who assisted us in the suit department today. He was incredibly helpful and quickly identified the perfect suits and shoes for my two sons. When an item was unavailable, he proactively looked for other stores that might have it. His expertise was evident, and he was very friendly, making what could have been a tiring task a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Excellent service! This is exactly the kind of experience I expect for my money. Carolyn, I believe her name was, greeted me warmly at the entrance and assisted me from the very start in picking out a fantastic selection of clothes. If I won the lottery, I would definitely go back and buy everything!
