we have used kashmir for tears for 2-3 years and never had a bad meal. they are always timely with their delivery. tonight, they've been excellent. my man and I had spent the day moving my daughter from wiltshire to hampshire and as such we were exhausted. When we came into the darkness and did not really eat everything, we decided to give a call to kasmir. they took our order happy and laughed, as she mentioned, that they were not even open for another half an hour, but we had completely lost track of time and thought it was much later. At least the food arrived within half an hour of ordering, i.e. they went out of the way to know that we were scattered and hungry and delivered a beautiful...
Usually love the food from here, however they have recently started closing way before the advertised closing time... which has left us very disappointed on multiple occasions. Seems insane that they will close early and loose £35+ worth of business, which we have now given to another local indian takeaway. A great shame. Hope they update their closing times to what is actually accurate, instead of letting loyal customers of over 2 years down.
First time I have used this takeaway as my normal was closed, clearly ordered a prawn halting and chicken balti for delivery, what arrived a chicken balti and lamb balti, I phoned them to say order was wrong and Chao said loads of people do this to get extra food and called me a liar, how rude I told him I did not lie and was offended demanded an apology, I told him to send a driver deliver my correct order and take the wrong one away
The food here is mind blowing! I order every Saturday and sometimes twice a week it’s that good. The food is always fresh and the staff are kind, considerate and friendly. They even kept my kids satisfied with some Ben Jerry’s this evening. Absolutely flawless quality and service. Thank you for your exemplary high standards and keep up the AMAZING work!
