I decided to go to KFC Crosshands, but it was a big mistake. I waited in a slow-moving queue for half an hour, and four cars ahead of us ended up leaving. The chicken better be worth it. I wouldn't recommend it at this point. The premises were poorly maintained, with large weeds and visible cigarette butts. The serving hatch window was also dirty. Presentation is important, and the management needs to improve. I feel sorry for the young staff. KFC Crosshands needs to clean up their act.
I had a terrible experience at this KFC. We first tried it while driving to West Wales in July 22 and it was bad, but decided to give it another chance during our trip in August and it was even worse. The service was extremely slow and when we finally received our meals, my wife's order was wrong again, just like last time. They really need to improve their management and staff training.
