This fast food restaurant is n the large Parkway Plaza parking lot near the entrance w/a stop light on Silas Creek Pkwy. No outside tables but u can dine inside, get takeout, or order n the drive thru. They have a public restroom. This location is always clean the employees r friendly. They get ur food ready quickly rarely mess up an order. The price of 'cheap ' fast food has gone up so much that it 's ridiculous just not worth it most places but that 's usually not the case 4 KFC. Actually I happen 2 prefer this location over other local KFC branches. I submitted an online order to pick him up and was told that my order was already picked up. she? re response was they made the order, it was pick up, and there?s nothing they could do. Even the manager came forward and tried to tell me it was a door dash delivery. she wouldn't even look at my reception email. a $32 order given to someone else for free! as they said, put the order online, we make it and sit in the regal are picked up. who picks up the order, gets the food!
