Caught them while experiencing some equipment failure. Staff kept a cool head and moving along as best they could. Wait times were extremely long, but KFC staff managed without seeming frustrated and kept smiles on their faces

I love this place but usually it was in and out but this last visit they didn't have no chicken thawed out they wanted up to wait 45 mins so we left all bummed out.

You put Mac cheese somehow in my potatoes and Gravy. Turns out the two are great together! Thanks for the enlightening experience.
