This did not even deserve half a point. Several times now we bought from this place and we got ripped off. First there was not enough number of chicken pieces with my order plus soggy chips. I understand human error, right? They can 't count. They can 't cook. Next time around we bought a box of 15 chicken pieces. I requested no wings. They said the usual we must give you x2 , ok. Got home, I got x5 little mini wings and 3 little legs. Third time lucky, came to celebrate a friend 's birthday. Our family fun night with the kids was completely ruined by the takeaway we received from this restaurant today. We ordered the family pack for $33.95 through the drive-thru, without checking the food at the time. When we got home just 5 minutes later, we found that everything was ruined. The food was cold, the burgers were soggy and seemed to have been sitting out for a long time. The worst part was the chips, which were not only soggy but also cold, almost as if they had been leftovers from someone else's plate. horrible customer service made us wait for drive thru order for over half an hour then advised they couldnt find my car despite the fact that i'd parked exactly where they'd asked me to they offered offered to re warm my meal as compensation when went into the store wondering what had happened to my order! Refused to provide receipt when asked and the manager told me they didn't care when i told them that this was terrible customer service.
