Kinfolks Soulfood Bbq

My husband and I each got the rib plate. 4 big, meaty, smoky ribs each. Great flavor without any sauce, but that mild sauce is super!! I'm a dipper. His 2 sides were the coleslaw and fries and mine was the potato salad and collards. The collards. Let mejust stop right there....they were the best I've ever eaten. The little cornbread cakes are excellent and I'm not a cornbreadperson. They were so delicate and delicious. The owners are just super nice and the whole vibe is like being in the familykitchen. I?m from Memphisnit is very hard to impress me with soul food/barbq Kinfolks goes OVER AND BEYOND. The food is ALWAYS HOT FRESH out of the kitchen. The wait time are reasonable and worth it. But overall what keeps me coming back is the IMPECCABLE SERVICEby everyone in their team. I ordered my Uber too fast and they kicked it into high gear on a fried chicken Friday JUST so Icould make my Uber on time. I always feel like I?m visiting family at Kinfolks. Thank you you guys I love coming in there! Youhave a forever customer!

Beef brisket...excellent, corn bread, very good, more pancake then bread I'm used to, but I'm a new fan. Great collards, white beans too. I didn't love the pork chop, but I'm would try it again, not sure I ordered it properly. Looking forward to eatingin Kinfolks vs takeout. Nice friendly folks. Great ice tea too. BBQ sauce is on the side fyi. I liked spicy and regular. Great flavor.

We stopped here on our way from Florida to Minnesota and it?s one of the best BBQs we?ve been to and the portions were huge for the price! Definitely recommend the platter for $28, it can easily feed 3 adults. The owners are awesome and they makeeverything fresh by hand, even the lemonade.

Great atmosphere friendly staff. I had the sampler platter which is 28.99. Worth every penny. Wasn't a big fan of the white beans but everything else was amazing.
