Honestly, I am disappointed with today's experience at KBC. I never write reviews, but I felt obligated to write one today because it was bad, and I feel as though some can learn from this experience.I ordered a beer and a cheeseburger. The amber beer I was served had absolutely no head on it, and honestly, the burger was kinda dry and mediocre for the price tag (2023, right? . That kinda sucked, but honestly, that's not the reason I felt obligated to write a review.We finished and wanted to head out... except nobody would send send us the check in a timely manner. We went for a late lunch during the Labour Day weekend at this restaurant that we had always heard great things about. When we arrived, there was only one table available on the patio with a dirty glass on it. We asked an employee if we could sit there, but she was quite rude and insisted that it needed to be cleaned first. Despite her attitude, we sat down and a different, friendly waitress came over to wipe the table and give us menus. The food was just okay, typical pub grub. We thought maybe they were very busy inside, which is why the first employee was short with us, but there were only a few tables occupied. They did have vegetarian options, like nachos.

Service was ok on a summer Friday night no coming back after the meals came. Food came out immediately fingers were really juicy and delicious. However the wings were lukewarm and overly deep fried. They were so hard to eat I felt like I was eating leftovers/subpar food. Oh well. Nice tavern vibe… though being there Sept 1 meant quite a few drunk kids yelling loudly and stumbling in and out the door

I recently visited this restaurant for a quick beer and was impressed by the amazing atmosphere inside. I tried the Avalina dish and it was delicious. Finding parking may be a bit challenging, but it's worth it for the experience.

The nachos had great flavor, but they lacked toppings after the first layer, resulting in wasted chips. Despite this, the location was excellent and the humorous signs inside added to the experience.
