Como siempre la calidad y los puntos de elaboración absolutamente fantásticos. El carpaccio de carabineros no podía faltar con el toque inconfundible de los huevas de tobiko. Exquisite el taco mexicano de pulpo con salsa picante de trufa y un excelente guacamole (de el cual no soy un gran fan, pero fue espectacular). Muy bueno el salmón salvaje de Alaska marinado en frutas rojas en la infusión de coco, pero la apoteosis vino con el chipiron en crema de foie acristalada y huevo corral, donde la mezcla de sabores alcanza el cielo. Small, intimitate restaurant a little off the beaten track worth finding. If you love seafood and good wines then you should love La Mar Sala. A wife and husband team run the operation, with the wife leading in the kitchen. We went for the well priced taster menu and loved every dish with the exception of one. Good, friendly service. Highly recommend.
