Pour commencer, le service était véritablement digne d’un établissement 5 étoiles, alliant excellence et professionnalisme. L’hôtel est luxueux et confortable, on se croirait vraiment dans un film. Le climat était parfait, comme toujours dans le Sud. Le restaurant propose une qualité remarquable, une grande variété et un service à table irréprochable. Les plats locaux sublimés par l’art du chef étaient au rendez-vous. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit et je promets d’y revenir très bientôt. L’accès en voiture est compliqué en raison du manque de places de parking en centre-ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, décorées à la manière d’une maison de Saint-Tropez, romantiques et confortable...
