We had the pleasure of dining at the bar, which is essentially a chef’s table seat. We were able to watch the staff prepare food for all and it was incredibly impressive. We even had the fortune of watching Chef Javi in action, and the woman who we believe was his sous chef was fantastic. The care she took from prep to service was above and beyond.
