A la carte salad with seasonal produce, fried onions and Roquefort breadcrumbs. We asked without the breaded ones for someone who doesn't like cheese. We were offered to replace with country ham, very good. We had a salad made up of a few pieces of tomato, salad and cheese, a lot of cheese (feta and Roquefort)... The waiter, who was quite nice, apologized and offered a little more salad. The description on the menu did not indicate the presence of these cheeses... We stopped in this village, the capital of Roquefort, which we found strangely bleak and devoid of activity. The flower shops were open and we were almost turned away when we arrived at 1:30 p.m. The meal was hearty and relatively tasty, the sheep's ribs were good and some of the preparations were original. Cadre agréable, nous étions dans la salle arrière, une vieille cave, d'où le nom, je pense. Les plats sont bons, le personnel sympathique. Petit bémol, l'attente entre les plats.
