I would like to address the owners of this pizzeria and request that they hire more staff. Yesterday, on April 14th, 2024, I placed an online order at 6:55 pm and did not receive my food until 8:06 pm. The few employees working were overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the demand. Customers were becoming frustrated, and the lone female staff member was doing her best to serve everyone quickly. This is a plea to the owners to improve their staffing, provide better pay and ensure good service for their customers.
