big eating and cheap prices along with warm service, but management not aware of the correct customer service. server made honest mistakes when they charge our account, among us of six dollars. we wanted to get this to their top. the management made their post empty the bill and calculate the correct order. they never came to our table to apologise or something, while my card was twice charged because of its mistake. with a professional management team with healthy human knowledge could never have happened. we will be back safely, the pregnant young lady who took care of us was very nice and friendly.
I went today for a late lunch me and my business partner the food was excellent .The waitress Anne we had in my opinion is the best. I have ever had and I have been to 21 countries over the world and ate at the best of the best restaurants .Thanks Logan of lufkin Texas definitely be going back when I’m in town again that ribeye was just excellent and my Arnold Plummer ???
I'm doing 3 stars because the food was good but the service SUCKS! Was not busy at all and the waitress was rolling her eyes as she's taking our order; as if we were taking to long..which we weren't, she was just unhappy with her day apparently.. so we will go bk.. if the service is the same next time we definitely wont go again.
Highly disappointed in the service and food. My friend order the beef steak smothered in gravy. I ordered mine to go. The salad she received and steak was plated so horribly. Her steak was over cooked and burnt. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. Oh I also canceled my to go order. Lufkin, TX do better!!!
