Los Panchos Pleasant Hill

Unfortunately I cannot give them 5 stars for this has always been my favorite Mexican Food place. I was so pleased when they moved from that Pacheco location even though now it is not convenient for me to get there I still have been a loyal patron.The last 3 times I have ordered to go I didn’t get what I ordered. My bad for not looking at the receipt but it shouldn’t not matter because I tell them what I want they repeat it back and then I pay for it but considering now they have my information so they know what I order and then their prices have gone up and their quality has gone down. This used to be my favorite place to get Mexican food, but since they moved to the new in location in Pleasanton, I'm not so sure no more. I ordered my usual chicken nachos, and to my surprise, they definitely didn't taste the same. The chicken was dry usually it's juicy. I was with a friend and my daughter we all ordered the same thing it took about 20 min to get our food and when we got it it was cold not to mention about 3 customers came in and ordered after I did and they got they food before I did. And they are very expensive. 3 Chicken Nachos and a cheese quesidila plus 4 drinks came out to 91.00 dollars Not sure if I will try again. ?

Los Panchos was a Pleasant surprise in Pleasant Hill. I went for lunch and git dinner too. The atmosphere was clean but there is no room for indoor dining and it was raining outside. The food was pretty good and they give you a decent amount of food for your money. I would recommend this place to someone looking for some good Mexican food in the area.
