This is a review for May, Manager of Clairemont Location. I am a regular customer (I LOVE their Bistro Beef Kabob Plates! ?, and so many other dishes that are just too darn good ? , and also a DeliverThat Delivery Driver for all Luna Grill Locations throughout the entire San Diego County Area. I had the pleasure of working with May on several pickups of their large order catering deliveries. She is always on point and on top of everything, always, 1000%. Orders are always on-time and ready to go. And on rare occasions that they are not, she would communicate honestly and straight-forward how much longer it would take and/or if there were any other issues. This store really help me out when my Uber eats order was canceled about an hour before my delivery. I called and placed the order again this time for me to pick up and take to one of my meetings. Everyone I spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful both on the phone and in person! Much appreciated!Food: 5/5

I had to leave and go next door. Very uncomfortable. This location for whatever reason is always way too warm inside. Middle of summer and this place NEVER turns on the AC high enough. They should take tip from The Habit Burger next door. Always nice and cool.Food: 4/5

Delicious!! May was so nice, a HUGE order came in right before we arrived and she warned us the wait would be about 30 minutes. She ended up getting us our food much sooner and even gave us a little treat. 10/10 recommend.Food: 5/5

Team member Coco provided great cashier services and was helpful. She also came by a few times to our table to check up on us to see if we needed anything further and if everything was to our liking.Food: 5/5
