The restaurant was extremely busy, yet there were plenty of staff members present. Unfortunately, this did not lead to a more efficient experience. It was quite chaotic, with three employees standing around doing nothing. Sadly, we ended up with a server who seemed disoriented and unsure of what they were supposed to do. Our food was left sitting on the counter for at least five minutes before our number was finally called, resulting in it being barely warm by the time we got it home. The restaurant has beautiful, friendly, and courteous staff who efficiently take orders. I ordered at 10:35, and my food was prepared quickly and served fresh. However, I was disappointed that the small café didn't provide napkins or milk for my tea, and the large portion of fries I ordered was not actually large. I decided to eat in the parking lot, but I noticed that the entrance was closed around 10:55, which seemed to be an attempt by the staff to manage late customers. The parking area was clean, but the layout is somewhat chaotic—cars tend to go in all directions when it's busy, creating a free-for-all, especially during weekend breakfast hours.

Absolutely terrible! The delivery took two hours, even though it was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes according to Uber Eats. When the order finally showed up, we only received a third of what we ordered. This was a complete disaster and a real shame for the McDonald's brand.
