I stopped here for a caramel sundae for my girls after I found out that Yolo Rollo Ice Cream is inside the mall. When I got there, they were closed but the drive thru was open but it had a long line. I sat in the line, which moved in an expected pace. Too slow for just a caramel sundae, but I waited. The ladies at the drive thru were nice. When I pulled up to the first window to pat, for some reasons, she couldn't find my order. After fixing it and took my payment, I went to the next window to pick up my sundae. Got back to the hotel, and my girls enjoyed the sundae.
The manager, Conner, is amazing and should be given an increase, promotion or reward of a kind!!! My husband and I ordered the mobile app. When I came to the restaurant, they had a sign that smoothies and fringes were not available. We ordered one and my card was already charged. He gave me a refund on both the smoothie and the Frappe and made me a big ice cream coffee for free!! He even made sure I liked it before I drove away! Best customer service I've ever experienced at a McDonald!! Conner is doing great things!!
People in this McDonald 's go beyond the call of duty. Night personnel is always nice and courteous. Felicia (Night Shift) is very professional and courteous. Always smiling. She 's one of the reason I love coming in this McDonald 's. She 's the complete definition of I 'm loving it
