Very bad experience, click and collect order served more than 40 minutes late, cold, the so-called assistant manager allowing himself to look down on himself, when we kindly ask him to redo the order to at least eat lukewarm!! and who categorically refuses under the pretext that we are wasting his time because they are overworked. We were there on a Sunday at 2:30 p.m.!!!!either he has never worked at a rush hour or he is making fun of us. unfortunately the staff themselves seem to suffer from the incompetence, bad character and bad faith of this famous assistant director. Too bad, we will now go to McDonald 's St Jean de Vedas, to be served correctly and respectfully.
After ordering a menu plus soft drinks I ask for compensation or a discount on the bill and this dear manager can do nothing just offer me a non-carbonated drink (I would have been at a restaurant in a pinch I would have understood but McDo can't even make us a burger to compensate or a discount on the menu which has almost doubled lol) results they left with the tray and fries and hamburger will end up in the trash to be fully refunded Meal type: Lunch
12:37 notification: your order is ready, it will be brought to you at click and collect... 12:47: I'm still waiting... I decide to enter the restaurant and I see my order on a corner of the counter... and this is not the first time that this has happened to me... I am now boycotting this restaurant.
