Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

McDonald's app offers a breakfast deal for $5.75. I invited them to honor the deal, but manager Angie said they were unable to do so. When I mentioned that a franchise as large as McDonald's should be able to honor their offers, I was surprised to hear that there was no override button for such situations. McDonald's, you are a real disappointment. Their systems are faulty and we are all left without the deals we were promised. I wonder if other food stores should also not honor their weekly flyers. It's time for people to realize this and speak up.

ridiculous service in the morning trip thru . this is my 8th time that they gave me a wrong drink. super slow they need sharp staff in the morning. they'd rather hunt in the face. they come late from the work and do not get the drink they have ordered, not really nice away to start a day. their coffee-tastings always hit hard

we ordered a large mac with speck and the speck was missing. the service was great and the person who took our order and payment was very nice and professional. we were very disappointed when we noticed that our order was wrong and we were already on the autobahn and could not return.

Customer service is lacking at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow and the staff was unfriendly.

I asked for Hot Chocolate but was served Hot Coffee instead. I am not pleased with this mistake.
