Second time here and second disappointment. Will not ever go again. We were the only customers so that was first sign!Had papasasa, quesadilla, and chili rellenos - with rice and refried beans. All of the food was bland. I was warned about how spicy the rellenos was but there was virtually no taste. Actually suspect that the dish had been frozen and warmed up. Was absolutely nasty! If you don't like mint, don't get the refried beans, it's loaded with it. Very disappointing experience, never to be tried again.
Our family ate here and really enjoyed it. I had the Tamale and it was very authentic and tasted nice however my son had the Nachos and oh my word they were so good. they make the chips in house and the chip are thick and hold their crisp even when loaded with the beans and ground beef. It is not spicy food, which worked out well for our family as only two of us like spice but I asked for a bottle of hot sauce and it worked to add some heat.
Finally was able to visit Mi Casa. Their location is very easy to get to being just by Circle Drive. The restaurant has an ample space for dine-in and has an inviting atmosphere. I had the Chile Relleno and it was amazing! The beans were delicious and filling. Will definitely be back.
My favorite thing about this place was that the menu had a picture of almost everything! The food was pretty good but definitely not the best in the city. The decor was plain and clean. The service was very good and the food came out quickly. It's definitely worth a try. Réservez une table maintenant
