Mot To Vietnamese - Réservation de table

I was pleasantly surprised by Mot To Vietnamese, especially since I’m usually picky about pho. Often, pho at restaurants feels artificial or like they’ve taken shortcuts, but this place did a great job! Opinions may vary among Vietnamese folks, but I personally found their pho to be better than most. The bun bo hue (spicy lemongrass soup) was also impressive and tasted very close to my family’s homemade version. Their beef carpaccio was delicious too, though it comes topped with a raw egg, including the whites—something some might find slimy, but I didn’t mind.
