all the workers here are simply amazing. always so courteous, happy and friendly with consistently high standards in the food here. particularly noteworthy and noteworthy joe, which is both a remarkable botanical of the brand nandos and the hospitality sector as a whole. we have been here before, during and after the pandemic during what some of the most difficult and challenging moments for the restaurant sector must have been, especially as locations like nandos had to adapt quickly to new systems and processes in order to adapt to the times. Despite this, there was always an irresistible determination of all workers here and above all joe, consistently doing their best for the diner here....

Came in for a birthday celebration, we were greeted by Carly who made time out of her busy shift to come and have a conversation with us, the food was delicious as always and when we ordered puddings Carly came out of her way to make sure we got them quickly and came to check everything was okay. I asked for more cream and it wasn’t too much trouble for Carly! Such a lovely person and an asset to the team. Makes your dining experience that much better!

I ordered a delivery and I left a note reading “could I please have some extra hot sauce it’s been a long day” As my boyfriend recently passed and I was struggling getting through Christmas. I received my order with a note from amber and Amy wishing me happiness and to keep smiling My sprit and heart have been lifted and they really have brightened my day! Thankyou, I appreciate you both!

The customer service at this restaurant was exceptional. A delightful woman greeted us at the door, engaged with our grandson, and seated us in a suitable area for a young child. She was friendly, attentive, and had a positive attitude, showing that she truly enjoys her job. Unfortunately, we didn't catch her name, but she is definitely a valuable asset to Nando's. I had a very pleasant visit today, was greeted by the lovely Carly on the door and she proceeded to be super lovely and helpful throughout our whole meal. Lovely food and lovely staff member! Thank you!
