Outback Steakhouse

Yesterday my neice and I went to OB for lunch. She is extremely allergic to onions and garlic. (Even if something is fried where onion or garlic was used). We told our waitress these concerns and my niece ordered plain fries with salt only and a bacon, chicken sandwich. We waited for a while and the owner (Brock) came by and explained that he noticed the allergy on the ticket so he had his staff re-do her meal so he could make sure it was done correctly. He apologized about the wait and even comped her meal because it took extra time. We were so thankful that they took the time to consider the allergies and do our meal right!!! Thank you for caring!!!!!!!!

We had a party of five adults (one who turned 21) on 10/15/17. I overheard the server tell another that our section had been double sat. I know that put pressure on the server in our section, especially when it's super busy. We all had appetizers, alcoholic beverages, regular drinks, our meals, plus the birthday boy's dessert. Our server was amazing! To have been double sat and super busy, everything was spot on. Thank you to our server, Marcus L. for exceptional service.

Just got an order to go the prime rib was amazing there was plenty of extras for baked potato broccoli was cooked perfect. My wife and I split the meal. Everything was great hadn’t been in a while but I surely be coming more often. Very well done thank you

Was very pleased!! Our waiter was awesome! The manager was awesome! Was very happy with food. Lobster tail was slightly over cooked. But overall everyone we encountered was kind and courteous and we were very pleased with the food. Satisfied customers

Always prepare my order as I like it,always great service (Tiffany is a rock star! Great atmosphere! No other serious choice for a great steak!
