Ich habe Palmeri Catering für eine externe Location für das Abendessen gebucht. Wir hatten eine lange, festliche Tafel unter dem Motto Freunde und Familie an einem Tisch . Herr Palmeri hat dem Konzept sofort zugestimmt, tolle Ideen eingebracht und eine sehr leckere Menüfolge erarbeitet. Allen Gästen und mir als Gastgeberin hat es so gut geschmeckt! Es war schön angerichtet mit Vorspeise und Desert a la plate, während der Hauptgang in sehr schönen, stilvollen und gut warmhaltenden Töpfen auf dem Tisch standen so wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte. Das Konzept ist gut aufgegangen, es wurde lebhaft palavert, Töpfe und Schüsseln hin und her gereicht und die entspannte, ungezwungene Wohlfühlatmosphär...
