Panera Bread - Réserver une table

I haven 't eaten at a Panera Bread in many years, so this was all sort of new to me. The three of us ordered items with the 2 for designation, but it appears that the cashier rang it up incorrectly and we instead paid for two full meals each at the full price. My wife was taking care of payment so I didn 't really pay attention to the total, but when we sat down to wait for our food, I was a bit surprised by the total. We had a receipt but it just had the total, and not a breakdown of what we ordered. Odd. When the food arrived, it didn 't seem like they were half sized portions, so that is likely what happened. SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why??????????? Food is ok, IF you have FOREVER to wait. Seems like a chronic problem with this chain restaurant! Been all over the Lehigh valley and nearly EVERY panera bread makes you wait an exorbitant, and excessive amount of time for the simplest food order. Waited for 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and take a look at my picture...basically nothing on it, and barely warm. Girl who ordered after me got so frustrated she left without her order. When my order eventually showed up, we asked why and got the covid answer we 're short staffed ok, but I watched 5-6 kids mulling around behind the counter, one kid seemed more interested in looking coo...

Food is however delicious I had bad service by driving through and delivery now on 3 occasions. Missing main items from orders, failure, making changes to sandwich elements, slow journey through times. It won't go to this place anymore.

We ordered and paid in kiosk without problems. The restaurant was clean, but there were tables that had to wipe and the plate was full. It was the lunch break, so there has to be supplements that know the challenges of the staff.

I loved this place and then I started eating gluten-free! I still want to go there for salads, yoghurt parfaits, and drinks, but it would be nice if they had some gluten-free baked goods there too.
