Online Ordering and India Call Centers Suck!! Loss of Customer. The food was ok, but to order you have to either order online or call. I tried ordering online after making me setup an account giving them my email address, password, etc., only then to find out they their online ordering system would not take the WACKY promo code (it was Wacky Wednesday). So I had to call in my order. HOWEVER, Papa Johns now uses an India Call Center to take orders. I got a girl with such a strong accent I could hardly understand her. As I pulled up tonight to pick up my pizza, I noticed a young man smoking a joint, no big deal it’s Michigan. It was a big deal was when I went inside to pick up my pizza and found out he worked there. I asked who the particular employee was and was told his name was Colin. Save getting high for your free time. Don’t go here. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I don't know if it's the specific location but it is one of the worst I've ever ordered from the service is atrocious. I've been there multiple times. Each time has gotten worse if you like an uncompted staff and orders being placed by a third party border from Papa John's Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
