Always searching for the worlds's best fish and chips. Phoned ahead to check on parking and accessibility , the restaurant was helpful. Greeted and seated with a smiling face. The menu is limited but options are available and the server made suggestions as to how to configure the meal- the salad option was supplanted by a small amount of no-cost fries... The food: first, let's be clear that the deep fried seafood Is breaded , not battered. While I probably prefer battered over breaded, the haddock was extremely good , fresh and flaky, properly cooked , and actually not greasy... my co-diners enjoyed their sea scallops ... the seafood chowder was quite full of seafood ... I think bay scallops...

Eat here fairly regularly. Absolute best fish & chips in Halifax bar none !! I have been going here for years with friends & work associates. Nothing but great comments all around each & every time. Great place & friendly staff.

My wife and I were directed to this restaurant by our hotel desk clerk because it was close to the hotel and because it was the best seafood in the area. I had the fish and chips and my wife had a BLT. My chips...More

This is a large serving of Clams and the fries are hand cut.... really good...... Service is always prompt and friendly and the quality of food is always there.

This little hole in the wall is one of my favorites. Excellent scallops, fish and chips and best chowder in Halifax all at a low price with friendly service.
