Phonthip Style Thai

This is the only place in town that I go to for Thai cuisine. I have tried multiple other Thai restaurants in the area and none are as authentic to what I got used to when living in Bangkok many years ago. We always get chicken red curry and they allow us to substitute the bamboo shoots with beans. There mango sticky rice is also exceptionally good and so is there Thai iced tea. It's not the prettiest place inside, but who cares when you get great tasting food. Most of the time we do take out and it is always ready by the time we get there. Very nice people. Love going there.

My favorite Thai restaurant in Spokane. My orders were Drunken noodles with shrimp and Masam? Curry. Shrimp rolls were also delicious. Six pieces for six dollars. Spent about $40. Mango with sticky rice was great too! 3-4pm is break time. It is a little bit hot inside restaurant.

I almost don't want to tell people how good this place is because it's so popular that it's hard to get on weekends. But somehow they still serve with a smile! We love this place and order almost monthly. It is our goal if we cannot decide on dinner.

Phonthip Style Thai has the best Tom Kha soup I've ever had! Incredibly tasteful and rich, I absolutely loved it. Everything I tried on the menu was also perfect. It is a very small restaurant, but was nice to eat and take.

Friends and I dined here recently for lunch. Quick service and delicious food. Small dining area.
