This might be the best authentic Thai restaurant in Toronto. The Thai milk tea is rich in flavor and comes with a charming ice bear made from the tea itself. The veggie spring rolls are superb—light and crispy. The Thai-style grilled lamb rack is incredibly tasty, and the pineapple fried rice is delightful as well. The pandan leaf chicken stands out as a unique and authentic Thai dish. The deep-fried squid has a crispy exterior, while the squid rings remain tender inside. Wow, this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I visited with a larger group, so we didn’t order individually. The staff assisted us in choosing and brought out the most popular dishes. Everything was delicious, but the short ribs were simply to die for! The lamb chops and soft crab curry were also incredible. The total came to about $50 per person, and we got to sample so many different dishes, which made it well worth it. We also ordered the Thai iced tea served in a cute bear-shaped glass (as shown in the picture), which was adorable, but it was a bit tricky to drink since you have to wait for the ice to melt. It wasn’t sweet at all, which some people might appreciate!

This restaurant is the best Thai place in Toronto! The chef, who hails from Thailand and owns the restaurant, offers an exceptional take on Thai cuisine. We tried the Thai tea and mango sticky rice, which were unlike anything we've had in Toronto—truly amazing! The street pad Thai, chicken satay, chicken spring rolls, and chicken basil rice were all excellent as well. It's a great value for money and very reasonably priced. The staff is warm and friendly, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I crave Thai food!

We are so selective in Thai food and Pii was absolutely a great choice. The restaurant atmosphere made us very comfortable and we had a good exprience with staff as well. We ordered cocounut soup that was really tasty and Grilled pineapple Fried rice Pad Thai Chicken, all made with fresh ingredients and really delicious. The price was affordable and portion was enough for each person. Réservez une table maintenant

The food is extremely overpriced and lacks flavor. We ordered the recommended soft shell crab for $32, and we received only four small pieces—that's it. The one shown in the picture below was priced at $35 and had very little meat. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place.

I would definitely recommend anyone to come if they are looking for Thai food! Would suggest you dine in vs take out just for the great experience and hospitality of the server.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Pii Nong Thai! The Curry Pad Thai and Chiang Mai Khao Soi were outstanding, and the atmosphere really enhanced the overall enjoyment. I ordered the Bangkok Street Pad Thai with beef, and it was absolutely delicious! The beef was tender and flavorful, and there was a generous portion. They also offer a wide range of vegetarian options, as many dishes can be adapted to be vegetarian-friendly!
