Basic customer requirements are to welcome the guest amicably and ensure the customer is happy, if they are happy, they spend more money. This night the location had a private event so it closed early. However, we waited for a table for an hour but the wait staff was extremely patient and understanding. We want rushed or made to feel like a burden. I think someone cut the games off. A good way to get people to leave.
