If it was possible to give them 0 stars, I would! I normally enjoy going to the other Popeye's locations, but this one... worst customer experience I've had in a long time. We weren't greeted and harassed to order quickly when we weren't ready (there wasno one else inside). Then when our order was ready, it was not announced, so our food was cold upon us receiving it (by asking).Then they refused to give us more than one (1) sauce??? for 2 people! They said it was extra, which is crazy because I've neverhad them charge me at the other Popeye's. All in all, I will not be returning to this location, and I hope they all get somecustomer training in the future. Also, the employees kept coming up...
Unfortunately this is my first 1 star I have ever given. I came in and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and I know I had walked into a fast food restaurant because the meal was in front of me within 30 seconds of my order. I unwrapped the sandwichand some of the bread was dark in color from the paper/metal bag it came in. A microwave accellerator? Anyway it was a littlechewy and the grease that came out of the chicken made me believe it had been sitting in the heater for far too long. Since Ihad devoured the sandwich I asked how I had to order a fresh sandwich the next time. The guy looked at me and said the sandwichwas fresh and then tried to act like he could not hear my additional q...
I started going to Popeye's when their Tuesday special was 2 pieces for . 99¢. The pieces I received were not part of the special this time but were very small. I was very disappointed. I did try the new Mac and cheese. It was delicious. I have hadseveral issues with Popeye's lately from not enough staffing, small Chicken pieces, being told I cannot order all dark meatthere has to be the same amount of dark meat as there is white meat. I don't understand the shift in their business but I don'tlike it. If something doesn't change soon I'll be making somewhere else my go to place for fried chicken ????!
