General: Again in Dresden and it is very warm on a June evening. The accompanying culinary summer feelings demanded a Greek. A handful of Greeks that I have been through in Dresden and a satisfactory basic nutrition was always there, see Atlantis, Acheron, Artemis, Irodion, Lukullus . On the list was Athens in Tolkewitz opposite the historical Johannisfriedhof. A little outside, but with two trams from downtown you can reach in 20 minutes. We stopped here for our dinner today because it was on our tram's route. The place was packed but they let us have a small table. The menu was only in German and as we don't read German, we asked our waitress to recommend a main course for us. She chose a plate for two people that includes a great Greek salad with feta cheese and a meat platter that offers a variety of the meats. We were hungry and the food was excellent! They even gave us Uzzo to drink on the house.

The Athens Restaurant offers enough space for many guests. Staff are friendly and have fun. Drinks were at the table after 7min, the shop was well visited! The food came at the table after about 20min. They all have their food at the same time. It was also regularly asked if everything is okay and if there are still wishes. Uuzo was free. Card payment is possible. A reservation is recommended. We like to come back. 5 stars

We stayed on 10.10.2022 with 4 people in Athens. Although the place was very well visited, the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. Despite the tense location, the kitchen has prepared very good food. The price-performance ratio was correct and the food was very delicious. The place is clearly recommended. Very nice staff, food also good, especially the lunch table has a great value for money. However, the fish (Gambas and squid rings) tastes like frozen goods. Wine should be served in the cooler instead of in the carafe so that it remains cold at 30 degrees. A star trigger. We still stay regular

friendly service, we had to wait for drinks to eat. but there were hardly any places. which is also reflected in the quality of eating and the hospitality of the employees, why it is so full. the man felt a little like on holiday. it was a very nice evening.
