So we knew what we could expect. But it was still Better. Fresh food, cooked to the point. All things vegetables meat and potatoes where perfekt. I can recomment this restaurant."

Wir kommen sehr gerne und immer wieder, wenn wir einen gepflegten Abend in netter Atmosphäre verbringen wollen, weil die Küche sehr gut, abwechslungsreich zusammengestellt und mit viel Liebe zubereitet wird. Auch das Ambiente stimmt und etwas Vergleichbares ist hier in der Umgebung nicht leicht zu finden. Der Service könnte professioneller sein, das betrifft aber Kleinigkeiten und es muss jeder selber wissen, über was man hinwegsehen kann und wo man meint, sich aufregen zu müssen. Für uns und viele unserer Freunde ist es definitiv ein Lokal geworden, in das wir immer wieder gerne besuchen, wenn wir Lust haben auf innovative Zusammenstellungen bei guter Qualität!
downstairs it is a cosy little bar with good cocktailes, a wide range of beer, wine and spirits from the Bodensee region. In summer you can enjoy sitting outside in an historical gate. Upstairs the Untertor is a restaurant with a seasonly changing menu. The menu is never overcrowded so you can be sure that everything is fresh. The prices are more than fair, compared to the quality and the atmosphere. The staff is friendly at all times, makes you feel warmly welcomed in the venue.
Wir hatte vorher reserviert. Herzlicher Empfang, schöne gemütlich Plätze. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend, man hat sich wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt.Die Karte war eher klein, das Essen hingegen ein Traum. Meine Frau hatte das Menü mit Salat, Maronensuppe, Schweinefilets in Pflaumensoße und Zimt panna cotta. Ich hatte ein Rinder Roastbeef in Kümmelsoße. Beides ein Traum, also Preis Leistung super. Wir können dieses Restaurant wirklich empfehlen!!!
Die Location hätte ich gleich mal in meine Wohnung umgebaut...Die wenigen Gerichte sind mit Liebe und Passion zusammengestellt! Das Essen ist mehr als wunderbar, das Ambiente einzigartig. Man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen und geniessen Können. Nix für Zwischendurch und Durchgang! Vorher reservieren! Jeden Monat eine neue Karte mit tollen Kreationen. 100% Weiterempfehlung
