Ridiculous customer service. I ordered Udon Beef Noodle and Chicken Katsu Curry. Lady who literally served me 5 minutes beforehand called out a name and I’m pretty sure I heard mine. Anyways I walk up and confirmed ‘Brandon’ with her and she hurriedly nods and gives it to me. She then walks up to me right before we start eating and said that the order was actually for ‘Ivy’ and awkwardly runs off after she found out it wasnt our meal without telling me anything. I go to take it back because I had no idea what she wanted me to do with it and she tells me I HAVE to eat it because I ‘received’ it. The audacity. Asked for Ramen, gave me upon noodles. Asked to replace gave me rice instead. Not understanding to give me Ramen. Then gave everything packed Seperately for dine in. 6 boxes with 3 different types of soup to mix. Very bad and bland food.

+5 stars for the food which (I thought) never misses-4 stars after seeing a slug crawl out of the food. I was really looking forward to it too.
