So last time I ordered a Chicago style pizza from here they gave me a pizza that was completely raw. So today I gave them another chance but ordering a thin crust so it would be cooked thoroughly. I got less than expected. While I was eating I thought the topping was great but it had an odd texture. The more towards the middle pieces I got it was just slimy and I noticed raw yet again. Now I've been getting food from them for awhile now the 2 most prior incidents have really turned me away from ordering a pizza ever again from here. This restaurant is amazing!! Best customer service I've received in a long time. I wish I could give the owner a hug. I placed an order at pizza hut for my son's birthday party, 2 days ahead of time, and they canceled my order the day of. I didn't find out it was canceled until 10 min after the scheduled delivery time. Apparently they were too busy to make the order... I panicked! I had 10 hungry people to feed!
