Royal Spice - Réserver une table

We placed an order at 4pm through Just Eat on New Year's Eve, knowing it would be busy. We requested delivery at 6:30pm, but received an email confirming delivery at 6:45pm, which was fine due to the busy holiday. However, when my husband called the restaurant at 7:35pm to inquire about our order, he was rudely told it had already been delivered, which it had not. After being told to wait another 20 minutes, our order finally arrived 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, the order was missing items, the food was cold and flavorless, and some items were incorrect. First time we’ve used Royal Spice. We ordered at 6pm, asking for a home delivery around 7.30. They said they could do 7.45. Fine- ordered for 4 people. It got to 8.15 and we rang to ask where it was- “they’ve just left”. Food eventually arrived at 8.30. Food was very nice and big variety. But part of our order was missing- we phoned up to tell them this and they apologised. However we had already paid for the complete order, so no refund. So 45 mins late, parts missing. Food nice- but pick it up yourself. Won’t be using again.

Had takeaway delivered 4 miles away. Arrived 10 minutes before allocated time which was great. Lovely food which we all enjoyed. Age range of family party was between 17 and 78 and there were no complaints. Would recommend for sure.

I ordered the food late without knowing how long it would take to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up just 30 minutes later, and it was hot and delicious.

Food tasty Can’t complain. Would definitely use again. The naan bread was quite bland, hence the 4* but still a very good meal and delivered reasonably good time too
