This local meat market and butcher shop is a gem, reminiscent of the ones that used to be in every town. The quality of the meat is exceptional, and though it may be a bit pricier than chain stores, it is definitely worth it. They offer deer processing with a variety of options, as well as catering services that are unmatched. I had a whole hog roasted for my daughter's wedding and it was a huge success.
