we arrived at 20.30 a.m. and although there were many tables available, we had to show 2 tables before we got one we liked, but then they had to ask to turn the loud music so that we could actually talk. After ordering a rather straight meal we waited for an hour for our appetizers and then almost an hour for our main course despite some reminding that we wanted to eat ours. there were no excuses offered and the service was overhauled. the location is beautiful and the food was well presented when it came, although nothing special. what should have been a nice experience was pampered by the slow service.
The food, the location and the views were excellent. The service was less so, the interaction with the waiting staff was limited and no point was asked if everything was okay with our meals. There was a small mistake with my sons Dessert (not ours) and the manager was rude when we asked to solve this. For what a fine culinary experience with the prices that I expected more, such a shame as it the splendour of the rest of the meal.
