We were greatly disappointed with our meals and our service. Considering the fact that the meals were $60.00 per person, the meal certainly didn’t meet that level of excellence. Our main meal was brought to our table. We wondered what happened to our salads as they’d not been served. We began eating our meal, when the salads were delivered. Our table is over-flowing with plates, making it difficult to eat. The potatoes on all four of our meals were cold. Those who ordered Prime Rib, had to wait to eat as we’d not been provided steak knives. I’ve had prime rib before elsewhere and you could cut the meat with a fork, it was so tender. Unfortunately, all of our food was cold and took over 45 minutes to get drinks and salads. Then another 40 minutes to get our entrees. We spoke to the server and manager and they took care of us. It appears they were unprepared for the NYE reservations. A lot of bodies working but it did seem as if the kitchen was short staffed. Our server was pleasant but forgot to put in one of entrees.
