Shake Shack Chestnut Hill

Got takeout from here tonight with my friend. Very very disappointed. We usually have great food and at least okay service here but we had terrible service and bad food this time. We placed kiosk orders and the screen said we would receive texts when it’s ready. We waited for a half hour and never got a text, our order called or anyone bring our food to us. It turned out our food was ready for minutes and we never knew. Very bad customer service, it truly seems like the employees don’t care about providing a good experience to customers, even with their high prices. I’ve had better service at Walmart!! The Korean fried chicken was nasty. Chewy, hard, and bit into cartilage multiple times. Spicy fries were good! Stick to burgers and regular fried chicken.
