Wij hadden iets te vieren en dat ook aangegeven bij Skina. Skina ligt aan een drukke weg en helaas geen vallet parking. Dus mij vrouw moest maar even 6 minuten wachten op mij, toen ik voor de deur stopte. De ontvangst in een zeer koude entree ruimte met een welkomst boullion. Daarna door naar het restaurant voor enkele amuses en door naar de tafel voor een 5 gangen menu met wijn arrangement. Helaas slecht 3 wow momenten gehad en dat was met de amuses die werden uitgeserveerd nabij de keuken. Daarna zelf je glas champagne mee nemen naar de tafel, in mijn ogen mag dit niet gebeuren in een 2 restaurant. Het eten was goed maar om het 2 waardig te noemen, nee dus. Daarvoor was het qua smaakbelevi...
2 etoiles qui ne les valent pas. Service assuré par des incompétents qui tachent la nappe avec le service du vin. En arrivant le parcours est sympa. On vous offre des amuses bouche près des fourneaux et une coupe de champagne...sauf que cette gentille attention vous sera facturée 100€ pour 2. Je déteste cela. Ce n'est pas pour le prix, on est dans un restaurant etoilé mais pour le principe. J'aurai aimé avoir le choix de mon apéritif ! La cuisine est moyenne. Le menu dégustation à environ 400€ est ridicule (il faut une loupe pour admirer la taille des portions) au final je ne me souviens de rien. A noter : pas de voiturier. Très déçue. Quand je regarde les photos postées elle sont gourmandes...
An excellent experience at Restorant Skica. The meat was absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients and the care put into every dish. On top of that, the staff treated us wonderfully—friendly, attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place. Thank you for such a great meal!
Rinconcito en el casco antiguo de Marbella. Fuimos antes de la segunda estrella Michelin. Tienen una gran cocina, con mucha esencia andaluza y toques de arte. La propuesta es aparentemente sencilla pero en el fondo muy sofisticada. Me sorprendió la perfección en el punto de todos los platos. La gran pega es el local, con mucha estrechez en sala. Quizás demasiado precio por la experiencia general.

Had been to Skina a few times over the years but this was our first visit to the new location and the new Skina experience. If there would be a words that expresses superlatives better I would use them. It was ‘amazing’ ‘creative’ ‘attentive’ ‘delicious’ a true 3star experience!!! Congratulations Skina team! A wonderful evening and the flowers for the birthday girl was such a thoughtful gesture!

Obsługa i jedzenie fenomenalne. Bardzo ładny wystrój, fantastyczna atmosfera. Zdecydowanie polecam.
Experiencia negativa. No se entiende que tenga 2 estrellas. Servicio mediocre. Multitud de fallos.
