3/26/24 12:20pm Pulled into drive-thru for lunch. The guy in front of me ordered and just sat there for a couple of minutes after being directed to pull forward. I wasn 't too irritated by it bc stuff happens. When I pulled up after ordering, I couldn 't get to the window bc his car was not pulled all the way up to the order pickup area. I sat there for 4 minutes and asked a car hop who walked by if he was broke down. She said, No, he just can 't read the sign and she went inside. No one said anything to him so I left and went to Arby 's. They should value their customers enough to take care of business.
