Am letzten Abend unseres Urlaubs in Bad Birnbach folgten wir der Anregung der Michelin-App und gönnten uns ein Menu auf der schönen Terrasse des Sonnengut-Hotels (für die Hirschstube war das Wetter zu traumhaft). Der Service war freundlich und flott - meist auch aufmerksam und kompetent. Ein Wasserglas wurde prompt samt Inhalt ausgetauscht. Wir haben zweimal im Hotel gegessen und beide male waren wir mehr als begeistert. Das ist echte "Haute-Cuisine". Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das 6gängige Gala-Diner am Samstag Abend. Jeder Gang war sehr lecker und vor allem wunderschön garniert und serviert. Auch die zeitliche Ablauf war perfekt. Ganz großes Lob an das Künchenteam. Ich möchte aber auch unbedingt das Service-Personal erwähnen, da es absolut aufmerksam und zuvorkommend war. Leere Teller waren sofort abgeräumt, unaufdringlich. Sehr höflich und einfach perfekt geschult.
wir genossen ein italienisches Buffet. War echt lecker und vielfältig. Alternative zum bayrischen Essen. Ist preislich halt angehoben, aber immer noch gut.
