I’ve been a fan of Spot Dessert for over 12 years, visiting all their NYC locations. I was thrilled when the LIC spot finally opened in recent years! The desserts here are just as excellent and consistent as at their other locations. I really appreciate that the quality hasn’t declined despite their expansion. While all their desserts are delicious, our favorites are the Milky Puff, Harvest, and Golden Toast seasonal desserts—always incredible! A few years back, they had a summer special called the Watermelon Dacquoise, which was easily the best item on their menu, and I’m really hoping they bring it back. I’ve visited two Spot Dessert Bar locations and had a similar experience at both. You pretty much have to approach the counter to order or pay since the staff rarely checks on tables. The desserts were decent, and the toast was as sweet as expected. It didn’t quite meet my expectations, but there aren’t many other dessert options nearby.

Whenever friends visit, I always take them to Spot Dessert! It’s a fantastic spot that stays open late and offers a variety of unique desserts to share.
