Spring Creek Barbeque in Addison. We used to frequent this location before the Covid pandemic and I was looking forward to a visit.Quality was variable before but this visit was SO VERY DISAPPOINTING !Meat was tender but many small pieces of cartilage. Two corn pieces, one freezer burned. Green beans poorly seasoned. Roll that comes with dinner was cold.ALL THE FOOD WAS ONLY LUKEWARM AT BEST. This is food from a steam table!! Second roll only passable.Rolls no longer come out of oven and are delivered straight away. I go to Spring Creek all the time on Sundays. Today I stopped in becz I felt like eating some ribs. I went in to place an order. As I walked in I see an African American man at the register. I greeted him very cheerfully as I do everyone I come across. The guy kept a very stern look on his face and asked if he could help me. I was like oh wow ok...I placed my to order and as he went to go weigh my ribs I heard him laughing with the co workers but he was so straight face with me. The interaction made me sad immediately.
