Stacy's Grill - Réserver une table

To be clear, 4 stars food and 0 stars customer service. So I get in the ordering line and ask where is your washroom at? This old lady ****, I think her name is Sylvia, snaps back We don 't have a public washroom. I say whoa whoa with my hands up I 'm gonna eat here ... She throws this back That 's what they all say, you gotta pay first... Then all the regulars and this nice old guy, Tom, whispers to me and says the washroom is around the corner. I come back and it 's Tom taking orders now. I ask what 's good and Tom says get the Greek Chicken. So I get it with fries and water. As I 'm waiting, I 'm looking over the low wall at the burgers grilling and the gyro spit... Old **** Syl doesn 't...

Rainy day calls for trying a place that just reopened-Stacy's Grill. They have only one table but they do have a church like bench and a bar to sit on and eat. They still have Lilli's Pizza decor around which is odd but surprisingly fit with the rest of the decor. I ordered a cheeseburger with mozzarella sticks while my husband ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. He played pool while we waited. Food came fairly quickly and was delicous. I thought I had a favorite burger place but honesly it comes in 2nd to this burger. The mozzerella sticks are very thick and delicious. The burgers are large and equally as delicious. I ordered a pizza 1 hour and 40 minutes ago at 50 minutes I called to ask for the ETA and was told the computer that sends the order to the back was not working and she is having to hand write the order. (Not sure when writing with a pen became a problem) she then asked if I still wanted the pizza and I said that depends on how long. She said about 20 min (we're only 2 blocks away) 45 min later i called to cancel and the only response was OK. So, not the person you want representing your business. This was our first and last experience with Stacys Grill/ Lillies Pizza.

I've always LOVED Stacey's! New menu, new ownership, remodeled. They were very friendly, seemed livened up since fixed, but holy cow the food left something to be desired. Wish it was the same recipes!

Owner is a crackhead. Hasn't paid employees for weeks. Been closed for several days now. I feel terrible for the 4 employees that were there. They were excellent chefs.
