Love this location! Staff is super friendly, always attentive, and always gets my order right. Alyssa was so sweet and helpful as I was deciding what I wanted today! I have had dozens of fun conversations with their staff! I feel welcome every time I enter! (Only missing a star because of small space and no drive thru, but the welcoming atmosphere makes up for it!
Today I went to get my usual Starbucks, and heather took me and my daughters. I just wanna leave a review so y'all know that long point has the best staff I've ever encountered. Eliot, heather, Meredith, Jackson, Susie and Jack. They always have the biggest smilies and the best service. Good job guys !!!!
The baristas at this location are always willing to go over and above for the customer. It's clear they have a good manager in Steve. and enjoy working with him and what they do. The ambience is that of a bustling local cafe not a crazy drive thru. Wish there were more stores like this.
This is the local store to where I live and I visit a few times a week. I find the baristas welcoming and very hardworking. The drinks are always great and if there is ever a mistake they are happy to fix it. Shout out to Steve, Alyssa, Jen, Jess, Elliott Charlotte!
