Starbucks - Réserver une table

Ever since Starbucks stopped having 1/2 1/2 available to customers, my experience here has been mostly just frustrating. When ordering drop coffee, baristas either have to pour the 1/2 1/2 in, or I ask for it on the side. If they pour it in, they are unable to get the ratio of cream to coffee right. And if they give me a cup of it on the side, they usually don't pour enough in, and I'll have to ask for more, which can take another couple mins to flag down a harried barista to explain that I need more cream. Mistakenly reviewed this locAtion instead of nearby Starbucks. I've been here and it was a fine experience. The one on Aurora Ave a few blocks south has really sketchy management and should be avoided.

Saturday 9/9/23 both lady they did exactly what I instructed them which is usually not happening In Starbucks branches, specially the branches inside the grocery stores but not today.

It’s very funny how I write a review and explain, in detail, how bad the service was, and the review never gets posted. Where is it going? Is Starbucks censoring these reviews?

Always friendly, fast service and they make the drinks tasty and do an excellent job!Parking: Small parking lot shared with two other businesses.
